Discrimination Advice & Casework
We offer advice and assistance in tackling incidents in the following areas:

Employment, Housing, Education and Public Services

when involving allegations of racial discrimination/harassment.

We support individuals in building up a case and can then refer to suitable agencies to take the case forward to an employment tribunal/county court. Initial enquiries and advice can be given by telephone but appointments will be required for further/more indepth advice.


Hate Crime Advice
PREC are members of the 'Open Out Scheme', an initiative set up in Peterborough to provide accessible and convenient locations for people to report incidents of hate crime, which include racial harassment.

We offer advice and support in completing Racial Incident Forms for referral to the city's Hate Crime Co-ordinator, who liaises with the Police, Housing and other support agencies to resolve the reported issue(s). Initial enquires and advice can be given by telephone but appointments will be required for full reporting.
